Drain Tiles span residential yards underground from the house to the street, or other low draining point. After construction of a house has been completed, cable & phone are trenched. Additionally, a dog fence, an irrigation system, and landscape lighting could be installed as well. With all of those services running under ground, the drainage can become damaged fully or partially which would may or may not be discovered right away. We do our best to locate these lines during any installation, however sometimes we are not the initial installers. No matter what order these things happen, we will always be here to help.

My existing drainage has some issues that need attention!

If your drainage is already installed, but maintenance is needed, look no further! We'd be happy to repair whatever issues that may have arrived. Our staff is knowledgeable and efficient and will work to complete the repairs until they are done! We can also help by adding additional pathways for excess water to evacuate your yard.

Something is wrong with my drainage but I have no idea where to start looking!

At times it can be very difficult to troubleshoot clogged drainage pipes that show no signs of damage above ground, especially without the proper equipment. Don't worry, we'll take our state of the art Video Drainage Inspection Camera and start at the end of the drainage and work our way towards the source to investigate the issue causing the problem. Once we have found what is causing the problem, we can locate our device above ground using a tracker and then begin initiating the repairs. If you can't be home but would like to know what exactly has been causing the problem, just let us know and we can actually record a DVD for you of what our underground camera sees from start to finish.

Will you always have to dig up my yard every time my drainage stops working correctly?

There are times when digging in the yard will not be necessary. If the diagnosis is that there is debris in the pipe but it hasn't cracked or split, we can take our Drainage Jetter to pressure wash the debris out of the pipe! No need to make any holes in the yard, just leave the pressure cleaning to us!
